An 11 member committee was formed ( SDO- (G P Verma)- Chairman, CO (G P Sinha) - Secretary, Aditya Prasad Singh – Member, Prithivi Nath Singh- Member, Balram Singh – Member, Sukhdev Singh – Member, Khushyal Saw – Member, Ramtahal Saw – Member, Juthi Mahto – Member, and Md. Alimuddin – Member) on 4th May 1954 under the Chairmanship of the state president of congress, Shri Harak Nath Singh to establish a high school in every police station scheme of Bihar in Bihar Government.

   Consequently a high school was started on 1st July 1954 in Tahsil Bhawan of Ramgarh State (Raj) and soon by the permission of Herenje Saheb, District School Inspector, two rooms were allotted in Government Basic School Simaria and school was located there. After this, the school was donated 4.87 acres of land on 12th December 1955. The building of the school was built on this land and was inaugurated systematically by the honourable minister K.B. Sahay, Bihar government on 20th May 1956. After that school purchased 1.19 acres land on 25 January 1964 for playground from the school fund. During the working period of headmaster, Sri Baikunth  Choudhary, the school got partial permission from Bihar Secondary Education Council, Patna dated 1st August 1958, Letter no.-110-119. Since the letter was issued and school got full permission on 1st January 1959, Letter no.-11-16, dated -8th January 1960.

     This school was upgraded into +2 High School by Jharkhand Government in 2006 under the letter no. – 1736, dated – 08 August 2006.

     At present classes from 9th to 12th (IXth to XIIth) are being held in S. S. +2 HIGH SCHOOL Simaria Chatra Jharkhand, India.
